10 JulFatty-chan Love

Now, before I go into this let me just let YOU know:
I’m not exactly a Fatshionista. I do love my body, but I rarely find Fat-chick fashion appealing. Some girls do it and do it well (YFF is one of my style icons!) but most of us fluffy chicks throw on some hot shoes, some tights, and call it a day (i do this, too…)

You’ve seen my other posts! You know I love JAPANESE STREET FASHION!
I don’t want to be the size of a Japanese girl, but I definitely want to relate to their subcultures via wardrobe & looks. I can -kind of- still do it now, but it was significantly easier when I was at my smallest size & weight.

Anyway, this is just a progress post about my weight

I started out on May 19 at 251 lbs. Now, I’m 238 lbs. I’d actually dropped to 221 between then and now, but that was after a week of sleeping too much and eating too little and I knew that recording a “sick week” would only make me frustrated, later. Flu = Weightloss. Post-Flu = Yah, I can eat again.

My goal is 215 by the end of August! I’m trying to set attainable goals for myself (even if 23 lbs. is a little lofty.) I don’t want to throw out a number like 145 by July 2011. I want to take this whole process in small segments.

I’m actually, for the first time ever, not on a diet. I still eat fried things and sugary things. Not often, of course. I cook all my own meals and I eat throughout the day, whenever I feel hungry. I also work out a half-hour, at least three times a week.

Now that I’ve adjusted to living in a different place, I’ll actually be working out a lot more. I’ve found a good slot of time right after work where I can work out.

I plan to workout a bit, each day.
